BLOOD GROUP “B” People with blood type B carry antigen B on their red blood cells. But they possess antibody A which undoubtedly makes it receive blood only from blood type O or B donors. Blood Type B descended from Savannahs of Eastern Africa to cold areas of the Himalayan highlands and now a part of present day India and Pakistan. As the Mongolians swept through Asia, the gene for Type B blood was firmly established. The Mongolians swept northward, following a culture dependent upon herding and domesticating animals - as their diet constituted meat and cultured dairy products.
